Lian Li have been mixing it up with their RGB fans of Late, I personally used the Lian Li UNI FAN SL 120’s in my Cyberpunk Build here and loved the modular one set of cables for a certian amount of fans (when you think about it I used a total of 9 fans in that build and only had 3 fan power and 3 ARGB cables to connect to the hub, which in my honest opinion does wonders for cable managment. Slill with the modular and superbly excellent cable management they have released the UNI Fan AL120 series
These have taken a different route to the SL’s by having the RGB on the FAN and a little touch in the corners of the frame.
Available in both black and white versions they offer much more control, also with the release of the Lian Li Connect 2 we see even more control of the effects per fan rather than a whole row, which is a good option added, one other feature that I was glad to see is that Lian Li have actually put thought into the ring of lights at fan centre… yes most RGB fans do this but the effect is lost when you have a set of fans pulling in.
This is a slick move especaly if your after an effect on a pull fan facing inward, which lets face it on a lot of dynamics is the setup a lot of people have, which makes the design a bit smarter. Anyway enough of my opinion here is the full rundown of the fans.

The features of the Lian Li UNI FAN AL120 in detail:
The Lian Li UNI FAN AL120 features a clever and unique design, with the fans including contact pins and being connected via a simple plug-in system. Multiple fans no longer have to be connected individually, which saves a lot of time and prevents cable clutter. The 360 view offers an excellent look which ever way you have the fan.
Additionally a fluid dynamic ball bearings ensure smooth operation and improve durability. Since friction is reduced, the fans can run at higher speeds without greater energy consumption. The UNI AL120 fans have a maximum full speed of 1900 rpm with up to 28.3 dB (A) under full load. They also run quiet with 64.5 CFM airflow and 2.62 mm H2O static pressure at full speed.
Dazzling at any Angle
The Lian Li Uni Fan AL120 has been designed and manufactured with style in mind. Whilst each fan frame has a reflective, brushed aluminium frame on both sides, a rear metallic medallion illuminates at the centre. With its cable hidden under the X-style fan support, your gaming PC’s set-up will flaunt a sleek and tidy aesthetic. Each fan includes 32 digitally addressable RGB LEDs. This is operated via software and enables users to set both fan speed and illumination effects. Alternatively you can add to a triple pack which includes the manual controller. The new design and software allows you to control the lighting effects at the fan blades and the edge of the frame individually or combined.
